CARICOM Flag lowered | Passing of Former President Santokhi and Former CARICOM Secretary-General Rainford
The CARICOM flag, at the CARICOM Secretariat Headquarters in Georgetown, Guyana has been lowered to half-staff as a mark of respect for the passing of His Excellency Chandrikapersad Santokhi, former President of the Republic of Suriname (2020-2025) and the Honourable Roderick Rainford, CCH, OJ, OCC, former Secretary-General of the Caribbean Community (1983-1992).
