The proposed consultancy will determine the feasibility and impact of CARICOM concluding partial scope or free trade agreements with the members of the CACM and with Panama, Argentina, Brazil, and Chile. The potential for an enhanced trade agreement with Colombia will be examined. Including Panama, the CACM encompasses a market of 31 million people with a combined gross domestic product (GDP) of over $92.8 billion, for an average per capita GDP of approximately $2,984.  Collectively, Argentina, Brazil and Chile have a population of over 255 million people with a combined GDP exceeding $ 3500 billion.
