The CARICOM Flag will be flown at half-staff today in solemn tribute to the life and distinguished contribution of the late Roderick Rainford, CCH, OJ, OCC, former Secretary-General of the Caribbean Community, whose funeral service will be held on Monday, 27 April, in Jamaica. Secretary-General Dr Barnett will be in attendance.
