The CARICOM COVID-19 Food Security and Livelihoods Impact Survey – Round 3

Nearly a year after the first recorded case of COVID-19 in the Caribbean, CARICOM is launching the third round of the Caribbean COVID-19 Food Security and Livelihoods Survey. Following the July 2020 survey, which found an increasing number of households affected by income loss, along with a worsening impact on food security, this round aims to capture the current state of affairs and analyse how impacts on livelihoods, food security, and markets have shifted since the onset of the crisis.

The survey is open to all CARICOM Member States and Associate Members, as well as Aruba, Curacao and Sint Maarten between 25 January– 7 February 2021. It takes a few minutes to complete and is available in English, Spanish and French.

This survey is conducted by the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) on behalf of CARICOM, in cooperation with Caribbean Disaster and Emergency Management Agency and the Food and Agriculture Organization, and made possible by the European Union Civil Protection and Humanitarian Operations (ECHO) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)/Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA).
