The Government of Guyana has received financing from the Inter‐American Development Bank, towards the cost of the Citizen Security Strengthening Programme (CSSP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the Contract for Procurement of Services – Consultancy service to conduct a Mid-Term Evaluation of the Citizen Security Strengthening Programme (CSSP)

 

The consulting services (herein after referred to as “the Services”) include, inter alia, conducting a mid-term evaluation of the CSSP in order to assess the general progress made by the Executing Agency in program execution and achieving established targets in its results framework. The consultancy also includes highlighting lessons learnt, best practices, recommendations, and updating the risk analysis matrix. The duration of the consultancy is for 90 days over four (4) months.

 

The Project Execution Unit (PEU) of the CSSP now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required relevant qualifications and experience to perform the services.

 

The Consultant should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualification and relevant experience to perform the services. The following should be included in their CVs:

  1. Relevant details (inclusive of Education. Experience, References)
  2. Links or documentations to relevant samples of work from three (3) recent clients.
  3. Brief Methodology (not more than 3 pages)

 

Consultants will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Inter-American Development Bank: Policies for the Selection and Contracting of Consultants financed by the Inter-American Development Bank GN-2350-9 and is open to all eligible Consultants as defined in the policies.
