The Fiftieth Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) was convened in Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis, from 24 to 27 February 2026. The Meeting was presided over by the Honourable Dr Terrance Drew, Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, in his capacity as Chairman of the Conference.
