Details of the Post

The Government of the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCIG), through the Ministry of Tourism, Agriculture, Fisheries, Heritage and the Environment and the Department of Fisheries and Marine Resource Management (DFMRM), is implementing a comprehensive TCI Fisheries Sustainable Livelihood Strategy. This strategic program is designed to modernize and diversify the fisheries sector by supporting sustainable practices, enhancing value chains, improving research and data systems, opening new markets, and integrating local fishers into the broader tourism economy.

To support the successful rollout of this national strategy, DFMRM seeks a dedicated Project Coordinator / Program Manager to oversee, coordinate, and implement various components of the strategy in partnership with other government agencies, external consultants, fisherfolk organizations, and regional and international development partners.

Financial incentives include allowances and one time relocation package from country of origin.
