Frederick Mitchell emphasized the indispensable role of CARICOM in regional diplomacy at the conclusion of the 28th Meeting of the Council for Foreign and Community Relations (COFCOR) held recently in Saint Kitts and Nevis.
“If CARICOM did not exist, we would have to invent it because it is the most effective way to conduct our foreign relations,” he stated, underscoring the value of CARICOM and the role of COFCOR.
In this video, Minister Mitchell noted that while the Ministers’ discussions might seem extensive, dialogue is crucial for mobilising behind shared objectives.
