Protocol to the Trade and Economic Agreement between The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) and The Government of the Republic of Cuba Havana Cuba 8 December 2002

Objective

Article 1 states any Member State of CARICOM and the Republic of Cuba may, may by signing this Protocol, agree to apply the provisions of the Free Trade and Economic Cooperation Agreement between The Caribbean Community and The Republic of Cuba provisionally between them pending its formal entry into force in accordance with Article 30 thereof.
