Agreement Establishing the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ)

St. Michael, Barbados, February 14, 2001.

Objective

This agreement aware that the establishment of the Court is a further step in the deepening of regional integration process, provides for the establishment of the CCJ and the memberships and establishment and seat of the court, establishment of the Regional Judicial and Legal Service Commission, tenure of office of judges, Constitution of the court, original jurisdiction of the court, appellate jurisdiction of the court, and enforcement, financial and final provisions
