Message of Condolence from the Caribbean Community – Crash of VoePass Flight 2283

The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) is saddened by the crash of Voepass Linhas Aéras Flight 2283 in Brazil on 9 August which resulted in the deaths of over 60 persons.
