Ministers responsibly for #CARICOM Affairs in Member States are meeting in Guyana today. This forty-second Meeting of the Community Council – CARICOM's 2nd highest organ – is deliberating on matters which will go before Heads of Government at their 4-6 July meeting in Montego Bay #Jamaica. The meeting is being chaired by HE Mr Antonio Rodrigue, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship, Haiti.
