Request for Proposals: Development of an Implementation Plan, Financing Strategy and M&E Framework

The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (the Centre) has received funds from the Green Climate Fund (GCF) for the purpose of implementing the project “Strategic Actions for advancing climate action in CARICOM Member States” and intends to apply a part of the proceeds towards payments for the Contract “Development of an Implementation Plan, Financing Strategy and M&E Framework associated with the Regional Framework for Achieving Development Resilient to Climate Change in the Caribbean (2019-2029).”
The Centre now invites firms to submit Proposals to provide services for the “Development of an Implementation Plan, Financing Strategy and M&E Framework, Contract #48/2022/GCF/Regional/CCCCC”. More details on the services to be provided can be found in the documents below.
