Invitation To Bid: Design, Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of A 1.0 MW PV System For The Barbados Water Authority’s Belle Pumping Station

The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC) has received financing from the Green Climate Fund toward the cost of the project titled The R’s (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle) for Climate Resilience Wastewater Systems in Barbados (3R CReWS Barbados) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards a contract for the Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a 1.0 MW PV System for the Barbados Water Authority’s Belle Pumping Station.
The Centre now invites electronic bids from qualified bidders, per the attached procurement documents. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedure.
A Bid-Securing Declaration must accompany each bid. Late bids will be rejected.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish the following contract securities:
- Performance Security of 10% of the contract value
- An Advance Security of up to 20% of the contract value.
- No advance will be paid without providing an Advance Bank Guarantee or other security acceptable to the Centre.
