Consultancy – Operational and maintenance gap assessment to develop and implement customized training courses for wastewater treatment

The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (the CCCCC) has receivedfinancing from the “Green Climate Fund” toward the cost of the project titled “The R’s (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) for Climate Resilience Wastewater Systems in Barbados (3R-CReWS) project”and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the contracting of a consultancy to conduct an “Operational and maintenance gap assessment to develop and implement customized training courses for wastewater treatment”
Suitably qualified Company/Firm are invited to submit an Expression of Interest for the “ Operational and maintenance gap assessment to develop and implement customized training courses for wastewater treatment“. Expressions of Interest should include the following application documents:
- Letter of motivation outlining motivation and how your experience, skills, qualifications, and professional networks fit with the required Terms of Reference.
- Technical Proposal to include:
i. Approach, Methodology and Work Plan for the consultancy showing the implementation schedule, timelines, and milestones for all activities.
ii. Qualification and experience of the Firm relevant to the assignment
iii. Incorporation documents demonstrating the members of the Firm’s Board of Directors and the Firm’s Certificate of Registration
iv. Curriculum vitae or Résumé with full details of Key Experts role, experience, achievements, qualifications, and contact details.
v. Contact details of three (3) references
c) Financial Proposal to include:
- Budget inclusive of breakdown of costs for key activities (The amount should include Professional fees, non-travel related costs, travel related expenses, tax obligation and profits).
Requests for clarification should be received by the CCCCC no later than: Friday, 13 June 2025.
The deadline for submission of EOI is on or before 2:00 p.m. (GMT-6), Tuesday, 24 June 2025.
