Details of the Post
This role is responsible for managing the activities relating to the management of services for all examination products offered by the Council.
What you’ll do:
- Manage candidates’ data through the e-Registration, e-SBA, Examination Processing System (EPS), e-Testing. E-Marking, e-Certification, Resource Management and any other associated system or automated tool used within the operations of EAS
- Maintain associated data to support the core systems and functions such as examination centres, Examining Committees, Marking Teams, Invigilators, etc.
- Manage the processing of fees payable to CXC®.
- Process examination fees refunds.
- Manage security and logistical activities for the receipt, storage, and distribution of examinations both physical and electronic modalities.
- Provide estimates for, and order/store, semi-secure and secure materials required.
- Ensure the related reports and documents are printed to support operations and decision making.
- Develop schedules for all CXC® examinations products and Contracted Examinations.
- Manage logistical arrangements for the administration of examinations for all CXC® Products and Contracted examinations sittings.
- Manage operations as relating to registration, marking, scoring, grading and results.
- Provide other designated examination administration and security services as assigned.
What we’re looking for:
- A Post-graduate Degree in Education or Management.
- At least three years’ managerial experience, preferably in an environment using logistical knowledge, project planning and monitoring with high morale and integrity.
- People centric leadership.
- IT intelligent with an emphasis on application of technology to operational services, employing critical thinking and design thinking.
- Project management knowledge and experience with a focus on Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Logistical management supported by procurement and contracting knowledge and experience.
