Grenada’s Prime Minister Dr Keith Mitchell has announced that General Elections will be held on 23 June 2022. Nominations Day will be 1 June.
The Elections are expected to be a straight fight between Prime Minister Mitchell’s New National Party (NNP) and the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), being led into an election for the first time by its new leader, Attorney Dickon Mitchell.
The NNP won all 15 parliamentary seats in the last elections held in 2018
