ST. JOHN’S, Antigua, CMC – Antigua and Barbuda has “strongly condemned’ the murder of at least 28 people during the “terrorist attack” at a train station in Kunming, China over the weekend. Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer said that attack, which left more than 100 people injured when knife-wielding men attacked commuters, should be condemned and was “very distressing”. In a note to Premier Li Keqiang of the People’s Republic of China, Prime Minister Baldwin said he supports every effort by the government to bring those responsible for “this heinous crime to justice.
