Grenada will host the fifth distinguished lecture as part of the celebrations to commemorate the Thirtieth Anniversary of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM). Dr. Compton Bourne, President of the Caribbean Development Bank, will deliver the lecture. It is entitled A Caribbean Community for All and will be held at the Norton Hall on 25th June 2003 commencing at 7:00p.m.
To date, under the CARICOM Distinguished Lecture Series, lectures have been held in Trinidad, Guyana, Suriname, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. These lectures have been and continue to be delivered by eminent persons from the Region and beyond. They focus on Foreign and Community Relations, as well as other areas of importance to the Integration Movement and are expected to increase the awareness of Caribbean nationals on Caribbean Community activities.
