The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (the CCCCC) has received financing from the Green Climate Fund (GCF) for the purpose of implementing the project “LAC-21: Strengthening Carbon Capture Storage and Reporting Frameworks and Mechanisms (Suriname & Trinidad and Tobago)” and intends to apply a part of the proceeds towards payments for the Contract “Strengthening Institutional and Technical Capacities for GHG Emissions Quantification, Monitoring, Reporting (Suriname), and Participation in Carbon Markets (Trinidad and Tobago)”.
The CCCCC now invites interested and eligible consulting firms to submit proposals. More details on the services to be provided can be found in the Terms of Reference and Request for Proposal.
All requests for Clarification must be submitted electronically to https://caribbeanclimate.bonfirehub.com/ through the Vendor Discussions section under the ““Strengthening Institutional and Technical Capacities for GHG Emissions Quantification, Monitoring, Reporting (Suriname), and Participation in Carbon Markets (Trinidad and Tobago)”. no later than Monday, 8 September 2025
Interested firms are required to submit their Technical and Financial Proposal on or before 2:00pm (GMT-6), Wednesday, 24 September 2025
